1. How do I use my discount coupon code?

Choose which jewellery you would like to buy.  When you process your order, by adding your address and payment details, you will have the opportunity to "View your Cart".  Click on this and the discount window will open up, which will allow you to enter your discount/coupon number.   This will automatically deduct the discount from your purchase price and you will be asked to pay the new discounted price.

2. I understand that I will receive free shipping to any UK address if I spend over £30 on jewellery/accessories. How does this work?

Free shipping to an address in the UK is available to all customers who buy jewellery to the value of over £30.00  (after discounts/postage). When you are on the Checkout page, select the “free shipping” option and we will automatically ship your order to you free of charge. If your jewellery order is below £30.00, you will be offered the standard shipping options and you should choose which of these options suit you best and the cost will be included in your total.

3. Is all of your jewellery in stock?

We try to keep all our lines in stock and our website will show you if there is anything out of stock. However, if there is something that you particularly want, please contact us (via our Contact Page) and we will find out whether it is available and when. We will let you know as soon as we have heard from our supplier.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment online (debit and credit payments) by Visa, Maestro, JCB and Mastercard and PayPal.

5. I am placing an international order. Can you confirm what currencies you accept?

Our prices are in GB £ sterling. If you use a different currency, your bank will automatically convert the charge to your currency.

6. How long will it take to process my returned jewellery?

We try to process all returned jewellery (with its Returns Advice Note) within 3 days of receipt. The payment is returned to the card from which you made the purchase and can take up to 14 days to show up in your account.

7. What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, don’t worry. Just click on the Log In link (located at the top of the first page of the website) and you will be redirected to the Log In link where you can find the ”Forgotten Password” option.
